Why We Support John
During the twelve years I served in the Legislature with State Representative John Kowalko, I found him to be the conscience of the General Assembly. He has also been the moral compass of our Democratic Caucus. When there was any question about the proper legislative direction, John has always pointed to what is best for the citizens of Delaware. He deserves to be re-elected.
